PWYC Event!
Join us in making something beautiful for the community. Together we'll making planters for a pollinator wall on Craven Ave made of recycled water bottles.
Last year, our Bee the Change camp used 4 litre water bottles to build their own personal planters. This year, we're using everything we learned to give something back to the community.
With your help, we hope to create a visually stunning series wall of planters along a section of the public gallery on Craven ave. It's flowers will provide nutrience for our native pollinators; flowering herbs like basil, chives, and oregano can be harvested by locals; and the assemblage of the collective planers will excite people exploring the neighbourhood.
This is a Pay What You Can event (PWYC) with money being used to offsetting the costs of glue sticks and installation materials. Build materials are all recycled, having been donated by the community and cleaned and prepared by Mischief Makers staff.
