Recycling has changed in the last few years since China stopped taking shipments from the US. Mary Allen, Recycling and Education Director for Solid Waste Agency of Cook County will give us an update of the industry and talk to us about what you can put in your bins! We're asking attendees to bring an item to find out whether it goes into the trash or recycling bin! We will meet on the back patio of Harp & Fiddle. The presentation will start at 7:30pm after allowing attendees to get drinks and make introductions. Bring a friend or make new friends!
