Our Business Development Associate position will provide analytical, investment, and client service support for existing clients while at the same time developing skills to generate new business.

The ongoing training and development will prepare our BDA’s for a successful transition into the Financial Advisor role.

The role includes:

• Working closely with Financial Advisor to support and implement wealth management strategies for existing and new clients

• Researching and understanding investment opportunities for specific client groups based on their relevant requirements

• Establish and maintain relationships with clients

• Source prospective clients

• Participate in team client meetings and follow up, as appropriate

• Balance practical learning with industry recognised qualifications
