Recruitment Event - Social Care

Join us at our upcoming Progressive Care Recruitment Open Day in Sheffield on 4 March 2026.

This event is an opportunity for you to explore a career that’s meaningful, people-focused and full of opportunity.

The open day is relaxed and informal, designed to give you the chance to meet our teams, learn about our services, and understand the wide range of roles available across South Yorkshire, the Midlands and the North West.

We welcome people at all stages of their career - whether you’re new to social care, returning to work, or already experienced. What matters most to us is a genuine desire to care and make a difference. Training and qualifications can be gained on the job, with full support from our training academy.

This is not a traditional assessment day. There are no presentations or pressure - just open, honest conversations with the people who do these roles every day.

What you can expect on the day:

• Meet teams from our Family Assessment, Children’s Homes, 16+ Supported Living and Learning Disability services
• Learn what each service does and the roles currently available
• Hear about training, qualifications, and clear career progression
• Ask questions and see whether Progressive Care is the right fit for you

Candidates who show a genuine interest can leave the day with a confirmed job interview, booked for the following week.
