Recreational Breathwork & Live Sound Journey

A powerful breath-led journey with live ceremonial music into the body, nervous system, and deeper layers of awareness. You will be guided by an experienced facilitator Basia Zieniewicz, Holotropic Therapist, trained in psychedelic and transpersonal modalities draws on facilitating breathwork informed by Dr Stanislav Grof’s pioneering work as well as the sacred technologies of sound

In collaboration with ritualist esoteric musicians Christina Dēva, Orryelle, Naked Spiritus & Garwyn Linnell, providing live music throughout the breathwork & after, holding you through your inner journey and welcoming you back to the world anew.
Through polyphonies, throat singing, drums, harmonium, drones, cello, violin, gongs, an array of flutes and sound tools & receptive intuition.

Collectively, we invite you to a recreational approach to breathwork. Expansive, evocative and moving, these experiences can never be repeated, and often quite numinous in nature.

This session offers space to release tension, reconnect with yourself, and meet whatever arises with curiosity and care. Let your soul find its own movement.

Please note: This session includes conscious connected breathing, which may not be suitable for everyone. If you have uncontrolled heart condition, epilepsy, glaucoma, pregnancy, untreated psychosis, or recent surgery, please be sure to apply the modified version which will be shared. Participation is at ones own risk and discretion is advised.

Once the breathwork session is over, you're welcomed to move, stretch, dance & enjoy the music, or meditate & receive.

Please arrive on time so we can all start connected, latecomers may miss instructions. I encourage researching this breathwork technique prior to coming for greater efficiency in elevation.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS & MUSICIANS:

BASIA ZIENIEWICZ is a transpersonal and somatic life coach, breathwork facilitator, yoga and yoga nidra teacher, entrepreneur, and pedagogue. She is the co-founder of Yoga in the Stars and Holotropic LDN, and her work bridges breath, embodiment, expanded states, creativity, and integration.

With training rooted in the work of Dr Stanislav Grof, including Holotropic Breathwork, psychedelic-assisted therapy, transpersonal psychology, and the integration of expanded states of consciousness, Basia creates grounded, sensitive spaces for inner exploration, nervous system regulation, and meaningful transformation.

CHRISTINA DĒVA is a Greek vocalist & musician in esoteric drone folk and immersive sound ritual.
Through a practice of surrendering the body as vessel for the soul's direct expression, she builds immersive soundscapes of layered voice, drone and minimal world instrumentation, with intentions to unleash raw unfiltered emotion, curved through symbolic mythopoeia and animistic realms.

NAKED SPIRITUS, where sound becomes ritual and listening becomes transformation. Naked Spiritus creates immersive, ritualistic sound experiences rooted in drone and ambient music, blending trance and mysticism.

What they offer is not simply performance, but an invitation: to enter a shifting field where boundaries dissolve, perception expands, and the unseen finds voice.

ORRYELLE DEFENESTRATE BASCULE (Australia/Belgium) performs with Voice and Violin through Loop and FX pedals. Pitch-shifting with a Harmoniser pedal for cello and double-bass sounds, he progressively builds up layers of strings into an orchestral crescendo.
With decades of violin training, his music is sometimes post-classical, sometimes middle-eastern, other times purely experimental or the strings are used as a simple drone to accompany harmonic throat-singing.

GARWYN LINNELL is a cellist and sound practitioner creating immersive sound journeys and meditative experiences. His music weaves acoustic cello, voice, various other instruments and subtle textures. His work draws inspiration from ancient Celtic and Daoist philosophies rooted in his Welsh and Chinese heritage.
