Our life stories hold great power;Power to transform, shaping us and the collective, into the ever-expansive beings which we are becoming. On the other hand, our stories hold the power to keep us stuck; ever caught in the old, tired, limiting beliefs of the past. Is the glass half-full, or half-empty? Are we the Hero in our story, or the Victim? We would like to invite you toward a day of exploring the narrative of your life and, potentially, reCRAFTING the tale that you tell yourself and the world around you.
DESCRIPTION: This will be a 6 hour total workshop (with a 1 hour lunch break) which will offer you the chance to explore some of the key themes in your life’s story and, potentially, begin re-visioning and retelling them from a new angle, or in a new light. Mediums used may include: Writing, Drawing, Collage, Poetry, Singing, Dance, Movement, etc. The day will include offerings from all 3 facilitators.
