Recovery Yoga is an all-level trauma-informed gentle yoga class that provides instruction on deep breathing, meditation, and physical yoga postures. Appropriate for beginners and all-levels. You don't need to be in recovery to attend.
We embrace SAMHSA’s definition of recovery as “a process of change through which individuals improve their health and wellness, live self-directed lives, and strive to reach their full potential”.
