Facilitated by Dean Anderson, one of Canada’s most sought-after addiction counsellors, founder of the country’s first Recovery Maintenance Centre, and host of the RogersTV show Stirring Strength, this two-session workshop is designed for individuals who are practicing abstinence for a while but may feel flat, uninspired, or disconnected. Dean brings over a decade of experience, a compassionate and practical approach, and a touch of humour to every workshop.
