Join Recovery Coach Beth Ann at Milwaukees Alano Club for a monthly mindset offering - to become bi-weekly at the end of summer! In these sessions, you will have the opportunity to explore different mindset games, tools, and techniques to support you in getting unstuck from self limiting beliefs, self sabotage, and recover your personal power in recovery.
Additionally to the mind and story play, we will engage in different breathing techniques, embodiment practice, imagination stimulation, and other activities that keep the body and mind in cohesion and in expansion mode.
The tools and methods we explore together will be useful and valuable to you and our growing community both in and out of the sessions - arming you with an arsenal of empowering and creative options to keep you on the path in every area of life.
Challenge and discomfort are a part of life. If you're anything like me, you may have learned first to avoid or protect yourself against this reality - instead of using your unique challenges and pain points to grow, expand, and find your power. We are learning AND unlearning ---
In these sessions, you will learn to meet your life in its entirety with openness and trust in yourself, and ditch the tendency to turn away or numb it out. By the way...this work can be serious fun!
