ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Workshop (San Diego County)

Discover How You Can Become a Homeowner!
Join us for the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Workshop on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Park De La Cruz Recreation Center (Dining Room) in San Diego.

If you were a renter or previous homeowner in San Diego County in 2024 during the flood events, you may qualify for up to $300,000 in financial assistance to help you buy a home in California — outside special flood hazard and high fire zone areas.

The ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) Program offers up to $300,000 in forgivable assistance for low- to moderate-income first-time homebuyers from flood-impacted communities.

✅ Designed to help you achieve long-term housing stability

(Note: Priority will be given in the first 60-days (November 10, 2025 - January 12, 2026) to applicants who demonstrate that they were impacted by the flood events).

This workshop is open to anyone interested in learning more about the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance Program, especially:

• Real estate professionals assisting potential homebuyers
• Residential service providers involved in housing and recovery efforts
• Members of the media who want to share this information with the community

Interpreter Services Available Upon Request

Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, Vietnamese, and American Sign Language interpreter services will be provided at this event upon request. When you complete your FREE ticket purchase, please indicate if you would like interpreter services at the event, so that we may furnish the necessary interpreter, equipment, and translated handouts.
