- Kristy Merrick (Victorian Auditor-General’s Office) - Closing the assurance gap: the role of records and data in public sector accountability
- Graeme Hairsine (University of Melbourne) - From records management to information governance: lessons from a changing profession
- Marlyn Assad (Workplace Injury Commission) - The information management maturity and ways of working project
- Christine Mitchell (PROV) - Update on the PROS 07/01 Common Administrative Functions RDA replacement program
