Join us for an evening of Mexican Folklorico at our 3 rd annual showcase. Grupo Folklorico Fusion Mexicana will take you on a journey of remembering Mexican history through dance and live mariachi. The local Oxnard dance group formed in 2016 has been working hard to ring a little taste of Mexico to the Oxnard Performing Arts Center.
The show, Recordando Mis Tiempos, visits dances from the states of Guerrero, Jalisco, La Costa de Nayarit, and Chihuahua. It also brings us back to remember the times of the Mexican revolution through theatrical dance. We hope you join us for an evening of colorful vestario, Mexican music, and a flashback in Mexican history.
