RECORD STORE DAY & BOO BOO RECORDS 50TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT SERIESIn conjunction with the Seventeenth annual edition of Record Store Day & Our Fiftieth Anniversary, Boo Boo Records is proud to announce the launch of our 50th Anniversary Concert Series. To celebrate fifty fun filled years of selling records in San Luis Obispo we'll be presenting a series of concerts & events.
To get things started we're back for the first time since 2019 observing one of our favorite days of the year.- Record Store Day with live in-store music! The store will open at 8 A.M. on Saturday April 20th serving up exclusive releases to all our vinyl devotees. There will be live screen printing with Funkit Apparel & the music starts at 1 P.M with our local favorites: Peaking Lights, Derek Senn, Hot 45, Max McLaurey, Funk Junket & Grand Liquidator. We're very pleased to bring live music back as part of our RSD celebration & can't wait to see you here at the shop.
But wait...the party doesn't end there-
In celebration of the upcoming 40th anniversary of their Pyromania album, we'll be welcoming Def Leppard guitarist, Phil Collen, to an intimate in-store performance & signing here at Boo Boo Records on Monday, April 22nd. The free show is slated for 6:30pm. Early entry at 6pm. GAIN EARLY ENTRY by PRE-ORDERING the upcoming 40th anniversary editions of Pyromania as a CD, LP or box set off our website or in-store.
