Due to the expected weather over Friday night into Saturday morning, we are going to change up protocol for THIS RSD ONLY!
We don't want you guys sitting in the wet and cold and we certainly don't want you getting sick, so here's what we're gonna do...
Starting at 12am and until 7:30am, we will hand out numbered passes to those who start to get in line. From there, we encourage to not wait outside...who wants to get cold and wet?!?!? Sleep in your cars, go get coffee, go home, do whatever...Denny's on Olentangy is open 24 hours!! Just come back at 7:30am and get in numbered order before we open at 8am. If your pass is number 1, you will be first in line. Number 2 will be second and so on. We will let people in to shop in groups of 25 to keep the line moving quickly while still giving you time to browse. The flow will be the same standard protocol as past RSDs.
If you were planning on camping out or getting in line overnight, come at the same time and just knock on our door and we'll get you a numbered pass! Yup, one of our staff (uhh...Greg!!) will be staying the night to make sure you do not suffer the hell of rain and cold!!
We will stop handing out passes at 7:30am. If you arrive at the shop at or after 7:30am and do not already have a numbered pass, you will join the line where the numbers end.
We know this is different than normal but we wanted to make sure we do right by you guys and don't leave you sitting outside in the rainy cold.
