Reconnection Workshop "Emotional Grit" with the AZ National Guard/Red Cross

These courses will be facilitated by licensed mental health practitioners who volunteer with the Red Cross.

What This Course is About:

Reconnection Workshops utilize small-group discussions and interactive activities to help
participants connect with group members and better understand how they can reconnect with
themselves, their families, their peers and their communities throughout the military career.

Reconnection Workshops:

• Encourages connection between peers through
verbal conversation
