About this Event

If your energy has felt scattered and life has seemed busy over the summer, join me for a nourishing day retreat designed to help you reconnect with yourself and restore a sense of calm.

Together, we will focus on balancing and regulating the nervous system through a combination of fascia release using massage balls, gentle yoga practices, somatic exercises, guided relaxation, and time spent walking in nature. You’ll also enjoy a healthy lunch, meaningful connection with others, and space to slow down, reset, and recharge.

This day is an invitation to step away from the demands of everyday life, settle your nervous system, and return home feeling grounded, refreshed, and more deeply connected to yourself.
