WHAT IS A GONG IMMERSION?
Unlike a traditional sound bath that incorporates many different instruments, this experience is centered around the powerful resonance of the gong. Its layered tones create an immersive soundscape that many people find deeply calming and meditative.
There is nothing you need to do and nowhere you need to be—simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The evening begins with a gentle guided meditation to help you settle into the present moment before transitioning into an immersive gong meditation.
As the sounds and vibrations fill the room, you'll have the opportunity to let go of the constant doing and simply be.
Many participants leave feeling:
✨ Deeply relaxed
✨ Grounded and centered
✨ Mentally refreshed

Every experience is unique, and no previous meditation or sound healing experience is necessary.
WHAT TO BRING:
• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
Mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye masks will be provided to help you fully relax, though you're always welcome to bring your favorite pillow or blanket for extra comfort.
