Connect With Your Womb Through Painting

Join us at New House Art Space & Gallery for an activating, creative afternoon!

The womb is an activating topic full of societal conditioning, including ideas and feelings about menstruation, fertility, and femininity. I've found that this makes it a powerful jumping off point for making art.

I will be creating a gentle atmosphere to create womb centered art and share our reflections on our womb together. It's a complicated topic, but you're welcome whatever feelings you will be bringing.

I have found that in coming together to create we begin to forge stronger connections to ourselves and eachother because these are natural side effects of painting and group sharing.

PRACTICALS:

There will be an initial meditation to tune into your body, plenty of time to paint and optional group shares.

This workshop lasts 2 hours.

All materials provided.

You will be able to take your painting home at the end.

LOCATION:

Newhouse Art Space, Fays Passage, Guildford, GU2 4SQ.

There is a car park right outside the venue called Bedford Car Park.

Guildford station is around the corner from the venue.
