Root & Repair is designed to help you slow down, reconnect to your roots, and gently repair from within, the perfect reset as we move into autumn. Whether you’re craving stillness, clarity or confidence, this retreat offers a nurturing space to ground your body and reset your mind.
Your Afternoon Includes:
🧘♀️ Yoga & Breathwork – gentle, grounding movement to release tension and reconnect with the body.
🌿 Natural Balm Workshop – create your own soothing, plant-based balm to take home.
💛 Meditation & Self-Reflection – grounding visualisations and journaling to gently rewire unhelpful thought patterns and invite in confidence and calm.
💬 Connection & Community – share the space with a supportive group of women on the same journey of rest and reconnection.
