Join Best Intentions Wellness x Compress Fitness for a one-of-a-kind movement and mind-body experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and move with intention. This guided workshop blends mobility, nervous system regulation, and body awareness techniques to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more in tune—both mentally and physically.
After the workshop, we’ll take the energy outside with a fun, community-based 2-mile neighborhood run/walk to reset your mind, get moving together, and enjoy the spring weather. Whether you run, jog, or walk, all levels are welcome.
Plus, stick around after class for refreshing drinks from a local vendor while connecting with the community and meeting new people. ☕🏃🏽♀️🧘🏼♀️
