Mindful Japanese Book Binding

Taking time to pause and slow down in our lives is essential for our overall wellbeing.

Learning to have a slower pace in our lives, gives us the opportunity to not only pause but to calm our busy minds. Creativity in all its form is a great way to help you to boost your overall wellbeing.

Are you are sketcher, planner or a dreamer in your notebook? Create your very own notebook using simple and mindful Japanese book binding techniques. Following on from the previous book binding workshop, we will be trying out another more intricate technique. We will be using a selection of animal print patterns for the cover of the books.

This is a beginner friendly workshop, no experience needed and all materials provided.

The event is run by Magnetic Ideals, it is taking place in the Loft Room of the Cornerstone Community Centre, which is wheelchair accessible.
