Re-Connect is a cacao ceremony, sound healing and guided meditation, designed to offer you a sacred pause in the middle of life’s noise.
I am a trained Cacaoista, each session is a calm and intentional space where you can ground yourself, reflect inward, and gently release anything you’ve been holding onto. Whether that be stress, anxiety, anger, grief or limiting beliefs.
Using ceremonial-grade cacao, sound healing, meditation, and gentle journaling, you’ll be guided back to your centre – softly, and without pressure.
It’s a space to just be.
No expectations. No need to perform.
Just you, cacao, stillness, and a supportive group around you.
This session is not suitable for pregnant women. People on medication need to consult their doctor first.
Just bring a yoga mat, cushion, mug, bottle of water, journal and pen and anything else you with to feel comfortable.
