We invite you to take a break and to join us at this incredible and tranquil retreat spot located 1h away from Barcelona, in the stunning region of Penedes.Reconnect to your body, your essence & nature. We often live outside of our bodies, we even live outside of our own lives so this weekend is all about cultivating a deeper sense of awareness, stop thinking about what you might still need and start appreciating the things you already have.
Expect a transformational weekend away, plenty of time in nature, meaningful conversations and exceptional time together with likeminded people.
🧘♀️ This retreat will help you delve deeper into your yoga & meditation practice, you will have time to relax and renew your energy outdoors and reinvigorate your mind, body and soul. 🧘♀️
💪 Fitness classes will be based on interval training and strength training to make you feel energized and strong with a focus on re-connecting you to your body. All levels of fitness can be catered for. 💪
All yoga and fitness sessions are entirely optional. This retreat is your time, there is no pressure and the main aim is for you to find your happy place!
