Reconnect & Heal Your Inner Child Through Breathwork

Join us for a deeply healing evening dedicated to Inner Child Healing through Breathwork & Sound. This journey will guide you into a safe space where you can reconnect with your true essence, release stored emotions, and nurture the parts of you longing for love, safety, and playfulness.

Through conscious connected breathwork, the soothing vibrations of a sound bath, and moments of reflection, you will be gently supported in uncovering what your inner child needs most right now. No previous experience is required. Simply come with an open heart.

What to Expect

The evening will flow gently and intentionally:

    •    Introduction & grounding (15 min) – Setting intentions, connecting with the group

    •    Guided breathwork (45 min) – A powerful practice to release, open, and heal

    •    Sound bath (15 min) – Immersive vibrations to soothe your body & soul

    •    Integration & closing (15min) – Journaling, sharing, and grounding before you leave

What to Bring

To create a comfortable, nurturing experience, please bring:

    •    Yoga mat (something to lie down on)

    •    Blanket & small pillow

    •    Eye mask (optional but helpful)

    •    Water bottle

    •    Journal & pen/pencil

    •    Chapstick (lips can get dry during breathwork)

    •    Comfortable clothing

 •    This practice may bring up emotions — allow yourself to feel and release safely.

    •    Not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with epilepsy, severe cardiovascular issues, or recent major surgeries.

    •    Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in; doors close promptly at the start time.

    •    Spots are limited — please register in advance.

Marta Marek is a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and wellness guide. Originally from Poland and now based in the U.S., she has guided sessions internationally, creating safe and supportive spaces for transformation and healing. Through breath, movement, and sound, Marta helps people reconnect with themselves, release emotional blockages, and cultivate clarity and inner peace.
