In this 2-hour immersive experience, we bridge the gap between clinical postnatal care and the modern lifestyle.

• The Revive: Postpartum Styling Workshop and "Dress to Feel Good" discussion with Stylist LouLou Phowler.
• The Reconnection: a 40-minute Postnatal Movement & Core Reconnection with Movement with Sophie.
• Pelvic Health Conversation and Open Q&A with our Guest Physiotherapist Clare Bourne

• Sitters available on-site with Peace and Riot.
• A chance to connect with likeminded mothers at a similar life stage.
• Babies and Toddlers up to 1 year are welcome.

Health waiver information:

Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by their GP before joining postnatal classes at Notting Hill Club.Additionally we will ask all event participants to sign our health waiver on arrival, our team will manage this on the day.
