Reconnect- a 5Rhythms workshop with Susanne Nilsson

What can dance teach us about our relationships? In this workshop we explore the dance with ourselves, another and with the group.
Through the 5Rhythms movement meditation map Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness we curiously move and consciously explore the connection to body and fostering self-discovery, relational awareness and community belonging.

We deepen the connection with our own body and our own rhythms, engaging in conscious embodied interaction and relating with another and exploring the collective energy and the unified field.
No previous experience required. This workshop counts as 2,5 days of Waves Level towards the Teacher Training.

Susanne has been dancing and living the 5Rhythms for over 20 years. She is an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, completed the global teacher Training in 2018. She offers classes and workshops primarily in Sweden and Portugal.
