Premiere of the piece Recognition by Anna Sowa and Matheus Leston.
The evening also marks the opening of the KlangLab season 25/26 “beautiful music.”

"The inspiration for the piece was the desire to show the value of an encounter: with oneself, with another person, with a group. Hence, there are both instrumental, visual and theatrical elements in the piece. The piece as interpreted is open to the audience. For me personally, it is significant because it contains elements of integration with the audience/listeners (a first in my work), but without requiring any additional action from the audience, just being.
For this new and extended version of the piece, created in collaboration with Brazilian artist Matheus Leston, lights become an integral part of the performance. New layers of encounters are now explored: between sound and visuals, between the body and the space, between perceiving and transforming reality."
