Reclaiming Your Feminine Power

We're very excited to be bringing you this workshop, where you'll be led through a series of imaginative visualisations, breathwork and embodiment practices to reconnect you with your feminine power.

Inspired by Samhain - the pagan Halloween - your facilitator will help you explore what feminine power means to you, touching on the cultural significance of the Feminine as a source of Life and Death, creative chaos, wildness and wisdom.

The workshop is designed to encourage you to shed Masculine ways of operating that are so prevalent in the workplace, and instead embrace more holistic, diffuse and authentic ways of being that come from your true self.
