Reclaiming the North: Strategic Utility Corridors for Sovereignty and Economic Development in Canada's Arctic, taking place September 14–15, 2026, in Winnipeg.
This strategic forum will bring together leaders from government, Indigenous communities, industry, defence, and public policy to discuss Arctic sovereignty, northern infrastructure, economic development, and the future of Canada's North. Featured speakers include David Leis, President & CEO of the Frontier Centre for Public Policy; Lt. Gen. Michel Maisonneuve (Ret.), former Chief of Staff of the Canadian Army; and Ron Evans, former Chief of Norway House Cree Nation and former Grand Chief of the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs.
Attendance is intentionally limited to help facilitate meaningful discussion and networking among decision-makers and stakeholders from across the country.
