- Psychoeducation on the impacts of purity culture and religious trauma towards pleasure.

- Dialogue with others who have experienced this.

- Open discussion of ways this form of sexual trauma can show up in the mind and body.

- An overview of healing strategies to reconnect with pleasure in nonsexual, sensual, and sexual ways.

-Exploration of your new narratives of what pleasure means to you.

- Mindfulness tools to connect to pleasure.

Hi! I'm Sarah Kate (aka SK) Wilder. I'm a Licensed Therapist, pan & poly person and survivor of religious trauma. I am so grateful to connect and provide tools to support your healing from adverse religious experiences.
