About this Event
"When we trust that we are the ocean, we are not afraid of the waves.” - Tara Brach
As women, we are often bombarded day to day with the message that we are not enough--from the ads we see for fitness, fashion and beauty products to the images and stories we're fed through the media. How do we break free of the waves of self doubt to reclaim our worthiness, to cultivate deeper love and compassion for ourselves?
Join us for a rejuvenating day designed to open your heart while harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit. This experience will guide you through a series of enriching compassionate and loving kindness practices, including mindful movement exercises and guided meditation lead by Mindfulness Facilitator Kim Lange.
As you deepen your practice and reconnect with yourself, you’ll also savor aromatic Cosmic Alchemy Teas and vegan, gluten-free nourishment, thoughtfully selected to complement the day's journey.
Embrace the opportunity to unwind, reflect, and nurture your well-being in a serene and supportive environment.
We warmly welcome all levels of practice and all people who identify as women to join us for this special event. This gathering is an inclusive space where we honor and celebrate the diverse experiences of womanhood in all its forms.
The location address will be shared with participants 48 hours before the event.
