For way too long, women have been taught to fear their power, to soften their edges, to make themselves smaller so others feel comfortable.
In a world that has silenced, shamed, or demonized their fire for centuries, Anger—the spark that ignites boundaries, courage, clarity, passion & love—has often been hidden or misunderstood. But it’s not something to suppress; it’s a vital force, waiting to be reclaimed, felt, expressed.
This training is an invitation to come home to yourself.

It fuels us to stand up, to create, and to live unapologetically and love unconditionally in our power.
Together, we’ll untangle the stories that have kept you playing small, explore the raw energy that fuels your passion, and anchor you in the strength of your full expression.
This is a space where you can feel seen, supported, and heard in the alchemy of your fire.
