Reclaim is a monthly support group led by Melissa McGlothren, MSW, LCSW, created to give women a safe, supportive space to talk openly about the realities of perimenopause and midlife.
Come connect with women who understand, share what you’re experiencing, ask questions, and simply feel heard, understood, and supported.
