Reclaim HER: Letting Go of Powerlessness

Through gentle movement, breathwork, music and reflective journaling, this class helps your nervous system slow down and your body settle.

This Reclaim Her experience is a supportive, body-centered journey designed to help women release feelings of powerlessness and reconnect with their inner stability, confidence, and sense of personal agency.

Our March gathering will include a grounding discussion with menopause health & wellness coach, Maaike. We will explore how lifestyle patterns, nervous system regulation, and hormonal shifts influence how women feel within themselves and their daily lives.

Participants will be guided through reflective journaling, embodied awareness, and breathwork to gently release internal tension, self-doubt, and long-held emotional patterns. The experience concludes with expressive movement and dance. A space to reconnect with presence, self-trust, and grounded confidence.

No dance or movement experience is required. Come as you are.
