Lorri Ann Code, her daughter Bailee and the entire ReCharge The Soul Team are excited to bring a one day retreat to you “live and local” to the Greater Sacramento area!

We are ready to share some all NEW tools and workshops to help you if you have been feeling lost, anxious or just in need of a recharge mind, body and soul.

Just a few we are adding: Cacao ceremony, chakra healing, and of course...sound bath healing.

If you have never experienced this, Anna Simpson will be sharing her mastery over sound bath healing with a gong, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and so much more.

It truly clears blocks & limitations, elevates your energy, heals at a deep level and releases stress.

Our women’s wellness retreat wouldn’t be complete without yoga (beginners too...our yoga instructor is ahhmazing).

Finally our “sister circles” provide sacred space to be seen and heard. Community is so powerful and important...more now than ever.
