After the beautiful response to our New Year’s Day Recharge, we’re making it a monthly ritual 💛
A chance to slow down, move your body, calm your nervous system and then melt into live music on the lawns.
Recharge Sundays will feature rotating wellness offerings — yoga, Pilates, sound healing, breathwork — followed by laid-back live music in the sunshine.
🌿 First up:
Saturday 25th Jan
🧘‍♀️ Mat Pilates at 10am — by donation (with @____)
🎶 Live music from 11:30am–1:30pm with Nick Lyons
Bring a mat, bring a friend, grab a coffee, and stay a while.
No rush. No pressure. Just a gentle reset for your weekend.
