Recharge in Nature is an opportunity to take an hour or two out from the fast pace of family commitments, work, worries, responsibilities, electronics and the general madness of life! No phones, no children, just a cuppa and a toasted marshmallow (or two) over the fire and an opportunity to stop and recharge. The session will include a nature based activity as well as being an opportunity to connect with others and have a chat or find a quiet spot to reflect if you prefer.
Please note that this is not a specialist mental health support group but an opportunity for individuals to take time out from their busy lives and have some 'me' time.
The 3rd Sunday of the month. Refreshments provided. This session is outside so please dress for the conditions.
