Recharge and Reboot Retreat

Most of us probably don't have the time and budget to get away on yoga retreats every few months. The idea of these mini-retreats is to fill your cup seasonally or bi-monthly so you can rejuvenate regularly!
These monthly mini-retreats are held in a candle-lit North Fremantle Community Hall space. They are offered on Sundays from 1 to 4 p.m. Pricing is $80 per retreat, or you can save on packages. Go on... you deserve a little treat for yourself.
You'll have three hours to check in with yourself, flow through a gentle vinyasa, receive a self-massage, and melt into a long restorative yoga and meditation.
Allow yourself to recharge and reboot to approach the month with new grace and gusto.
Your Monthly Reboot and Recharge Retreat is 3 hours and includes:
- A little bit of yogi philosophy and breathwork
- Short, playful, gentle yoga flow (beginners are welcome!)
- Light, healthy treats and tea
- Blissful self-massage, restorative and yin yoga
- Dreamy, relaxing yoga nidra meditation
- All yoga gear provided
- All levels of experience are welcome
Facilities
Yoga gear is provided, including mats, bolsters, blankets, eye pillows, straps, blocks, and massage balls. Enjoy a light, healthy snack and tea.
What to bring
Please consider bringing a water bottle, journal and pen. You are welcome to bring your own gear, especially your favourite blanket and cosy socks.
