✨ This is the first of many “All in the Process” classes. I have decided to add “all in the process” as I have always said that the therapeutic benefits are found in the process of creating. I have typically only taught step-by-step painting classes for a specific end result. This is going to be very different! I wanted to provide a space with some guidance to help you feel a sense of relaxation, connect with yourself, and intuitively create, therefore; beginning to experience the therapeutic benefits of creating.
The process. That is where the magic is found. The power within you unveiling, learning and feelings things you may have never before.. or maybe its been lost for awhile.. maybe you know you have it but you need the space and energy to resurface and remind yourself how wonderful it is. That is what these classes will be all about. Creating that safe space for you to explore yourself and your creative power.✨
Receiving & Releasing: We will be focusing on your conscious (or subconscious) needs, wants, barriers, and more. We will engage in some journaling which will lead to some hand mapping and intuitive creating!

—>You can bring a yoga mat if you have one. The class will begin with a relaxation technique which might be more comfortable on a yoga mat. Please feel free to bring a blanket, a bolster or meditation pillow, or anything else you may want to have while seated when journaling and creating!

Payments can be sent via Venmo, cashapp, cash, or card ($2 transaction fee).
