Join us on Friday 29 November 2024, for a relaxing & restorative evening as you recap & reset, ready for the festive period.Often December can be so busy that by the time we arrive at Christmas we are exhausted. Let's make this year different by doing something for you & your wellbeing!
This evening is designed for you to relax, unwind and release.
You will leave feeling fully relaxed, recharged and reset, ready for the season ahead.
What to Expect:
An interactive workshop to recap & release 2024
A Conscious Connected Breathwork journey for relaxation, and
Light food & refreshments as you socialise & connect with likeminded people, welcoming in the festive season feeling relaxed, recharged & reset!

These powerful sessions can support improved sleep and vitality, release of trauma, stress and anxiety, increased clarity as well as connection to intuition and innate wisdom.
Please note there are some contraindications to this type of breath work and so if you experience any of the following, you must consult your doctor before participating-
