Rebranding: A workshop for your next chapter
About this Event
You’ve built a successful career. But what comes next?
The rules are changing.
AI is reshaping roles. Leadership paths are less linear. And the women who move forward fastest aren’t just experienced, they’re visible, intentional and strategically positioned.
Whether you’re navigating a transition, anticipating one, or simply ready for something more, this one-day executive workshop is designed to help you take control of what’s next.
This isn’t a panel or a networking event. It’s a working session.
You’ll leave with:
- A clear personal brand you can actually articulate
- A defined direction for what’s next
- A visibility strategy that opens the right doors
- A concrete action plan you can start immediately
The session will be led by University of Washington professor and executive coach Cate Goethals and Formidable Media CEO Emily Parkhurst, and feature guest speakers who will share their experiences on building a personal brand and engaging with the media.
The session will also feature a live Q&A with Megan McNally, the managing director of Edgewater Business Law, founding member of the FBomb Angels Investment Club, and advisor to many startups. Megan transitioned from a traditional law firm roles into the Seattle-area startup scene, reinventing herself to support women founders by building a new angel fund. She'll discuss how she's rebranded over the years, how she's driven engagement in her new ventures using authentic social media posts, and how the journey has been one of constant learning.
This is for you if you’re ready to stop waiting and start positioning.
Because the next phase of your career won’t be defined by experience alone. It will be defined by how clearly and how confidently you show up for it.
Coffee/tea and light breakfast, and a full lunch will be served.
