Rebirth - A Healing Workshop for Mothers

Have you experienced a pregnancy or birth that didn’t go to plan—recently or long ago?

Do you carry unspoken emotions, tension in your body, or a longing for support and understanding?

Rebirth is a gentle, trauma-informed workshop created to support mothers in reconnecting with their bodies, their stories, and their strength.

Through gentle yoga and somatic movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and safe sharing, you’ll be held in a nurturing space that honors your unique journey.

Every time we become a mother, whether it’s the first or fifth time—we experience our own rebirth. It’s not just a baby that is born, but a new version of you.

You deserve the space to honour that transformation, to release the weight of any trauma carried from pregnancy or birth and to reconnect with the version of yourself that may have been lost, buried, or changed along the way.

This is a sacred space for you—whether your experience was 8 weeks or 8 years ago (Or longer!)
