Rebetiko Orchestra Berlin is an ensemble dedicated to reviving the soulful Rebetiko sounds of early 20th-century in Greece.
Established in 2024 in Berlin by Jannis Stergiou and Kanarini music school, the Ensemble functions as both a performing band and an open community workshop, aiming to keep the spirit of "Rebetiko"—the urban blues of Greece—alive while bridging the local Greek diaspora and Berlin’s diverse acoustic music community.
