Rebelle Zine is a creative collective based in Toronto, Canada. Our multiplatform publication highlights diverse women and queer creatives and entrepreneurs.

ISSUE 04: RENEW

In Rebelle Zine’s fourth issue, RENEW, our newly grown team connects with artists and wellness advocates to explore how they find renewal through their work. A blend of in-house creations and worldwide submissions, this issue is meant for anyone seeking a sense of renewal. Explore articles, personal essays, poetry, photography, fashion, visual art, music recommendations and more.

Notable featured artists include photographer and creative director Nautica Simone, multi-platinum recording artist Lauv, and Lavender Literature founder Jade Falsetti.

Attendees of the RENEW Launch Party will have first access to print copies of this issue.

THE EVENT

The RENEW Launch Party is not only a celebration of Rebelle Zine’s fourth issue release — It’s going to be an exciting afternoon of speakers, live readings of excerpts from RENEW, spoken-word poetry, pop-up vendors, interactive activities, art displays, complimentary refreshments and goodie bags, and plenty of cute photo opportunities. It’s also a great chance to meet like-minded creatives and make new friends!

When? Saturday, October 1 from 2-5pm

Where? Junto Studio (915 Dupont St Unit 202, Toronto)

THE VENUE

Junto Studio is graciously sponsoring the event by providing their beautiful venue, which truly is a space like no other. Modern, artsy, and inviting, there couldn’t be a better place for a Rebelle celebration.

HAND-POKE TATTOOS (5 tickets available)

Billie from @sandboytats will be poking people at the party! They’ve made a special RENEW-themed flash sheet for the event. Designs are $60 each, and are available in 1-inch or 2-inch sizes. Arms and legs only.

NOTE: Please email [email protected] to claim your design choice. First come, first served. We suggest emailing BEFORE you purchase your ticket, because we cannot guarantee any design has not been taken.

PRESS-ON NAILS (12 tickets available)

If you’ve been needing to jazz up your nails, Nail House TO (@nailhouseTO) will be doing press-on nail services, $45 a set. Reserve your spot and get treated by one of their talented nail techs: Tiffany Sachs (@tiffdoesmynails), Taisja Thomas (@beau.taiesthetics), or Stephanie Miranda (@setswithsteph_).

TOOTH GEMS (6 tickets available)

Add some bling to your smile! Tooth Gemz Toronto (@toothgemz.to) will be offering temporary tooth gems that last up to 2 weeks. Gems are $50 each with the chance to purchase additional gems in person.
