Rebelation return to Bomba with their full 7 piece line-up, armed with the kind of ska and reggae that hits with real craft.Their sets slide from bright, punchy 2-tone rhythms into deeper, low-slung roots grooves, with brass lines that cut clean through the mix and a rhythm section that locks into that warm, rolling pocket you feel in your chest.
They’re known for flipping between fast, skanking energy and those slower, weighty dub-leaning sections that stretch the room out and pull everyone into the same pulse.
If you were at their last Bomba show, you’ll remember exactly how wild it got. The horns were razor sharp, the offbeats were relentless, and the crowd turned the place into a proper sweatbox. People still bring that night up.
