About this Event

This workshop is part of an ongoing series designed for anyone ready to move beyond the 12 steps—whether you’re coming out of substance use, eating disorders, toxic relationships, narcissistic abuse, or the wreckage of life’s curveballs. Each session in this series draws from the best tools in personal development and empowerment work to help you break free, rise up, and reclaim your life. Same tools. Same freedom. Same fire.

In this class, Foundations for Freedom, we’ll explore a set of powerful tools for seeing the world through a clearer lens: the presuppositions of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP). These empowering assumptions offer a framework for living with radical responsibility, compassion, and integrity—while building a stronger moral and ethical compass. By practicing these foundations, you’ll not only deepen kindness toward yourself and others but also step into a more grounded, empowered way of being in your everyday interactions.

This isn’t about “getting through.” This is about rising up, breaking patterns, and creating a life that feels as bold and unshakable as you are becoming.

About the teacher:

Mirilena Lee is a Master Practitioner of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and a Certified NLP Trainer. She brings a rich and integrative approach to personal transformation, blending modern methodologies with ancient wisdom traditions. Mirilena is a Full Mesa Carrier in the Q'ero tradition of Peru, a student of Huna under Dr. Matt James of Empowerment, Inc., and has trained extensively in breathwork and energy healing with Michael Brian Baker of The Breath Center.

In addition to her somatic and energetic training, Mirilena is a certified yoga teacher and a Victim Consciousness Educator. Her work specializes in helping individuals question their painful stories, shift perception, and step fully into their role as the conscious creator of their reality. With deep compassion and clarity, she guides students into greater self-awareness, empowerment, and transformation. Learn more about Mirilena here.
