A Warwickshire day retreat for women, which you’re very welcome to join! The Rebalance Day Retreat is an extension of my course for women wanting to learn more about their hormones and mood. This one-day, in-person experience will help you to reconnect with your body, restore your energy and leave feeling both grounded and motivated.
Cost: Earlybird £65 until 30th April (use code EARLYBIRD10), £75 after.
The day at a glance:
Fresh juice on arrival, welcomes and setting the scene
10:45 - 11:45 - Energising yoga session (suitable for all levels)
11:45 - 12 - Short break to grab a herbal tea and snack
12 - 1 - Women’s health nutrition talk focusing on gut health, hormones & mood
1 - 1:45 - Nourishing lunch provided by Desa Leamington
1:45 - 2 - Short walk to help with digestion
2 - 2:45 - Calming sound healing session
2:45 - 3 - Reflections & goodbyes (with your goody bag and a parting sweet treat)
