$8 per class. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, credit card accepted.
This workout is high energy and a lot of fun!
Check your inhibitions at the door! REB3L is a judgment free zone. All fitness levels are welcome and no experience is needed.
Be sure to bring a water bottle. ?
Light weights and a resistance band (that goes around your legs) are recommended, but not required.
