REB3L Groove is a badass dance fitness format that will leave you feeling inspired, motivated, strong, and empowered. ?? It is sexy...redefined.
This dance class is like nothing else - dimmed lights, great music, high energy, and so much fun!
Check your inhibitions at the door! REB3L Groove is a judgment-free zone. All fitness levels are welcome and no dance experience is needed.
Wear clothes that you can move freely in, be sure to bring a water bottle, and be prepared to have fun. ???
This is a kid-friendly event. We do not have child care, but your child is welcome to dance with us!
Our REB3L Groove community class is a donation-based class offered by Christy Jones, certified REB3L Groove & Strength instructor.
