This essential course is designed to help real estate brokers identify and navigate the six most dangerous situations they may face in the industry, brokers will learn how to recognize high-risk scenarios before they escalate into costly mistakes or legal trouble. In addition, the course dives into some of the most common and emerging scams in the real estate industry—targeting both professionals and clients alike. You'll learn how to protect your business, maintain compliance, and build trust with clients by staying informed and prepared.

Registration Notice: This course is offered at no initial cost as a GAAR member benefit. Due to high demand and limited seating, advance registration is required. If you are unable to attend, written cancellation notice must be submitted by replying to your class reminder email or by sending an email to [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to the start of class. Registrants who fail to provide proper notice and do not attend will be assessed a $15.00 No-Show Fee, which will be posted to the member’s GAAR account in accordance with GAAR policy
